We are able to select and blend the best varieties to obtain 100% perfect fruit purees. Unique blends with no added-sugar to allow you to control the end flavor and sugar content. Fruits are processed as fresh by Andros primary processing to guarantee harvest at fully ripe.
YUZU
Andros Chef frozen 100% yuzu puree taste is between lime, yellow grapefruit and mandarin with a well-marked acidity from fully ripped yuzu and less bitter than our competitors. Yuzu puree is very appreciated by all chefs and can be associated with a wide variety of sweet, salty and spicy ingredients. Packed in a 1kg tub.
